“The Only Thing” is the first song with vocals written by my band, Still Motion. We wrote it together, with Grant, the drummer, providing the original idea and lyrics. It’s an upbeat song that’s basically about a girl that the guy cannot seem to decide what he thinks about.

The musical side of it is the part I like. In my opinion, it’s very well written. I love this song.
